Practice Nurse
St Austell Healthcare are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly proactive team. We are a forward thinking and progressive organisation that is embracing and adapting to change in General Practice, and we are looking for a nurse with a similar outlook to join us in developing our exciting plans for the future.
We provide services to a population of 37,000 patients, and as a research and training practice this is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to develop their professional career and to demonstrate strong clinical expertise along with good organisational skills.
Benefits include 6 weeks annual leave per year (pro rata plus bank holidays), NHS pension scheme membership and salary sacrifice electric car scheme.

Mental Health Practitioner
St Austell Healthcare is looking for an enthusiastic, committed, proactive and caring Mental Health Clinician to join our team. We are passionate about delivering high quality, patient centred care and recognise that to achieve this we need to invest in our team. This job offers applicants the chance to advance their career into the rapidly developing area of primary care with a clear focus on trying to address needs of the more vulnerable groups of patients. We have close links with Cornwall Partnership NHS Trust (CPFT), IAPT provider, substance misuse service and third sector through well-established monthly MDT meetings.
In addition to a varied daily routine, successful candidates will receive support and mentoring, enabling them to undertake post-graduate training courses and independent non-medical prescribing if desired.
You will be working within primary care to assess and offer help, support and education to individuals or groups with their mental health and to liaise closely with the multidisciplinary team.
